I read that Akken Staffing software has an email, group calendar, analytics, dashboards, collaboration tools, system for applicant tracking, customer relationship management, vendor management, accounting and HR management.

I don`t quite understand how you could be sure that the data you get is relevent. Does the HR staff constantly keep in touch with potential employees to make sure that they are still looking for jobs?

I wonder if there are online courses that teach you how to customize and use this software. Mannuals are really long and sometimes quite confusing. Alternatively, does the supplier company provide free training (something like a webinar)?
